1.How do I place orders?
1).Check the link which you are interested.
2).After you pick one model you need and send the message to the mail box on the web,or just leave message on our web.
3).Offer all the information in detail ,as for your mail,tel. NO., full name, address. and the item NO. size ,total quantity.
4).We will connect with you ASAP. with the payment information
2.How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either TNT,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped. Delivery may take from 3-6 business days.
3.If I need to order the items which arent on the website, you can find them for me?
OK, thats no problem.
4.Do I need to pay extra for shipping cost?
Our wholesale prices are including shipping cost. If you order more than 12pairs/pieces from us, we would like to offer wholesale prices.
5.Whats the minimum order ? Can I order a pair /piece sample?
Our minimum order is 12pairs/pieces.Yes,you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing order, We dont mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.
6.If your minimum order is 12 pairs/piece, can I mix other models and colors?
Yes,you can mix the sizes and styles for your minimum order.
7.What about reasons for exchanges and refunds?
We do not offer refunds. We will exchange the products if for reason we sent the wrong shoe or size. Please refer to our Policy Section for more information.
8.Will ship to a P.O. Box, FPO/APO?
No, we do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses. No Exceptions! Why? Because there have been too many situations in the past where the shipper/carrier could not find the address. Its troublesome for both the buyer and the seller. If you only have a P.O. Box , FPO/APO or military address, please kindly supply us with a friends or relatives home address.
9.Are your products authentic?
No, all of our products are replica, but with good quality.

1.Payment Methods
We accept and maintain the following payment channels:
1) T/T (Wire Transfer via Bank)
2) Western Union . you can learn how to use it via http://www.westernunion.com 
It usually takes 3-6 business days to transfer your payment to our Bank of China account,which may cause the delay of products delivery. Western Union takes only a few minutes.Please contact our sales for our information for the transfer.

2.The shipment
1)We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 3-6 business days depending on location. We will provide you with a tracking number.
2)We also supply container business. For container business, the minimum order is 2000 pairs.

3.Confirmation
Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival & tracking number if an email address is included with the order.

4.Customs
We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the package stopped by customs. We are responsible for customs problem of our country. We will reship the order since the parcels are held by customs here. We also have to declare that we are not responsible for any customs problem or customs tax since the parcels have been hold by customs on your end.

5.Return And Exchange
  (1) WE DONT OFFER ANY REFUND on items unless current stocks are sold out.
  (2) If you intend to exchange or return any merchandise, please E-MAIL US in advance so that arrangements can be made.
  (3) All intended exchange and returns MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS after the  merchandise was received.
  (4)- Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are:
   "I don't want the shoes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color".
   "Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture."or only half size bigger.
   - Acceptable reasons for exchange are:
   Wrong shoe or size sent by the factory , mistakes made from our side.
  (5) Buyer is responsible for ALL THE SHIPPING CHARGES for returns or exchanges
  (6) All the exchanges and returns MUST BE IN PREFECT CONDITION with ORIGINAL BOX.
  (7) We offer the possibility to exchange or return BUT reserve the right to deny exchange or return if ANY of the listed condition are UNFULFILLED. More information about us, please contact by e-mail or MSN
